Rivermark

Technically, the first map of Highguard was originally part of a much larger playspace where Dustline and Rivermark existed as a single map. As development progressed, I initiated a test in which I split the map into two halves and reduced matches from four teams to two.

This structural change proved successful. The original 4-team version was co-designed with Dave Osei and me. Rivermark’s main POI, and mine POI were designed by Dave, as was the initial flow. The third POI and shipping elements were done by me once the level was split into two halves.
